Tuesday, Thursday: 8 am - 8 pm
Saturday: 8 am - 3 pm

You'll be comfortable and welcome at the Betsie
Valley Fitness Club the moment you walk through the door! Our members come in all
ages, genders, sizes, and fitness levels, so whether you live in the area or you're
on vacation – grab those "high top sneakers" and come on down!
Our professional staff includes personal trainers certified by the most prestigious
organizations in the fitness industry; American Council on Exercise and American
College of Sports Medicine. We also have a certified nutritional consultant. Together,
they offer the ultimate in fitness.

Starting May 4th, we are OPEN SUNDAYS from 12
noon to 4 PM. We'll celebrate by having a community workout day. Non-members can
exercise for FREE — so bring a friend.

Fun activities for Kids!
Toddler Shake Time! This program is designed specifically for ages 2-4. Your tot
will have a blast while practicing fine and gross motor skills, balancing, developing
body awareness, following directions, taking turns and much more! Currently "on
